Since 1983, our family has poured four generations of knowledge and passion into producing premium table grapes. From the heart of the Northern Cape, alongside the Orange River, we nurture both organic and conventional vineyards with the same commitment: quality you can taste, grown with pride and care.
Brothers Hannes and Izak Nel carry forward a fourth-generation family legacy rooted in a love for the land and the craft of grape farming. With over 32 years of experience, we’ve learned to work in harmony with the unique climate of the Orange River region, producing grapes that reflect both quality and care.
Our journey is strengthened by long-standing partnerships: since 1997 with The Grape Company in Paarl, joined by FHG (Parallel) in 2009 and Fresh Flavor (FFI) in 2024. These collaborations help us share the fruits of our heritage with clients across the world.

Our Farms
Located in the Northern Cape province of South Africa along the famous Orange River. Where red sand, rock, grass and a vein of miracle water meet.

Nel Brother Estate Raisins is a premium raisin producer born from the legacy of Nel Brothers Premium Grapes, a family-run farm with four generations of table grape production expertise.
